User registration paid service? (There used to be this option to skip uID)

I remember back in the day, users could register for the website and not for the uID service. After some time, they changed it and you had to pay for this option to be available. Now, the option disappeared. Is there a way, for users of my website to easily register straight to my service only, and not have to go through all the uID troubles?

Buy a premium package and activate Local Users option. smile

MaciejM, I want to add that you can pay once to be able to enable Local users.
