I ounce made a payment using my card directly to pay the basic package for my website costing $5.99 totaling to 17,000UGX. When i requested for a bank statement from my banker, it read that i was charged 25,000UGX equating to almost 10USD. On top of that, more money was withdrawn from my account to uCoz accounts totaling to 2USD yet i hadnt submitted any order.
My question is, besides the principle amount, do you have some more hidden charges attached to each package?

I preferred using paypal but i presume 2checkout is broken so i am just stuck, i can not use my card direct again. Please help.
