Hello,
This is one of the most hated feature of payment to uCoz. Now you are forced to first accept it and then to manually deactivate it. (if you remember or if you know about it) Really terrible if you ask me. I paid Optimal for two years for a client and now i want to unsubscribe so i can manually pay after two years whatever package he wants for a longer period. Do i go in panel/?a=sctrl and click unsubscribe in order for the system to not take money from the card in 2018 for a month ? Unsubscribe doesn't cancel the current payment correct ? Maybe in the future you may want to offer the option BEFORE paying, like you did in the past. More civilized, don't you think ? Is this normal ? The site appears to have been paid until 2018 and the money are blocked on the card. --------------------- It seems the black color in control panel is hiding the actual text which is also BLACK. Yes, panel/?a=sctrl is where you can disable recurring payments, and no, it won't cancel the payment, just future automatic payments. Quote Sunny ( )Could you provide a screenshot, please? Of course, glad i kept it.  Accidentally i highlighted the text and i saw it. Otherwise the text was black on black background, completely invisible, i though the payment failed or the CP crashed. Thank you. Attachments:
