| Domain renewal after expiring |
My domain, named filmovion.net expired at 29. July 2017. Unfortunately I havent seen worrning messages on time and domain expired. Next day, when I recognized what is passing by, I imediately payd for domain renewal. Payment was sucessful, without problem. It is not disputable. Then starts my problem. Ucoz Web-Services (http://domainsp.ucoz.com) stops any comunication with me, my dimain stay inactive, and I am losing my visitors as time passing by. I have send them several emailc and all stay without answer. What can I do in situation like that? Everything paid, domain still inactive (expired), but people from Ucoz Web-Service stay in deep silance. Can you help me anyhow because I'm losing much. In attachement (I send to Ucox Web/Service too...) you can see and understand what is my problem.
