How much time do one has to wait to get a reply from Technical Support in general ?

The uCoz tech support has an alright response time (most of the time it's under 48 hours), but sometimes answering the tickets might take a bit longer than it should due to unpredictable circumstances. If your ticket still hasn't been answered, please send me a direct message with your ticket #.

maria_mesh, actually it's not, but due to the number of spam messages and the user request we receive + a lot of users think that by duplicating their request will do them well, are increasing the queue, therefore, sometimes the response time may increase + you should note that customer support isn't working on weekends.
