To have the answer public, as well, I'll add it below, as well:
"Unfortunately, there is a small issue - due to an error on our side, the LiveChat option appeared globally (we're currently working on fixing this). In reality, Live Chat is currently available only for the Russian users, as part as the Maximum and Shop plans. This option is under testing, for now, so couldn't say when or if it will be available globally, in English."

Amatőr, after the subscription expires, you're gonna get to the free plan automatically - just make sure you disable the recurring payment option in your CP -> Plans -> Paid orders -> Subscription management
