If you meant the yellow then: CP -> Customize Design -> CSS

Modify:
#header {height:108px;background:url('/.s/t/884/5.jpg') no-repeat;padding-left:200px;padding-bottom:5px;}

CP -> Customize Design -> CSS

Find:
#navBar {height:19px;background:url('/.s/t/884/6.jpg') no-repeat;padding-right:10px;text-align:right;font-size:7pt;}

Replace:
#navBar {height:19px;padding-right:10px;text-align:right;font-size:7pt;}
