Yes, Go to CP>Customize Design>CSS and Serarch for "background" using CTRL+F. Now you'll see a url path replace the path with your link

or use http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/37-471-1 Conditional Operators

Ahoop080, provide a forum link
SirDarknight, I don't think conditional operators will help with that.

what part of this do i replace with the url?

But I do not think this is what you need
To change the background of the whole website go to CP->Design management(CSS)->Style sheet->insert this body {background: url(link to the image) !important; }
I hope this is what you need. If not - provide a screenshot and be more specific.

For the whole thing, so like every page has it.

Prototype556, go to CP->Design->Design management(CSS)->and add this body {background: url(link/to/image) !important;} But the background image will repeat, because it is too small. I suggest you select the one that is big enough or the one that will repeat in a better way.

Prototype556, copy this code
Quote (Natashko)
body {background: url(link/to/image) !important;}

and paste it into your CSS (ity doesn't matter where but i preffer it on top)
