I have searched & searched & I don't know where OR how!

Gaby, Go to CP » Customize design » Style Sheet (CSS),
Find:
.leftColumn {width:444px;background:url('/.s/t/894/4.gif') no-repeat;}

Change the green text to the URL of image you want to put.
