Admin Bar - no buttons

When I log in to my site, the admin bar is there but there aren't any buttons on it.
It does the same thing on the control panel. Could someone please help?

jedclampet, delete cookies and clear the cache, then try again. The problem is at your browser, because I can see the user bar menus. Usually this problem appears when a wrong cookie is in your browser.

Well, maybe your jquery script use something like $("#puzadpn").hide() [or toggle or st] delete this and it will back to normal smile

Usually that problem cause some java scripts in html but if you have that problem in cp then try with deleting cash.
