Sunny, i want to display on top of thread page ..."Closed" with lock icon if the thread is closed...similar to this forum

Locked icon in closed thread already has in default. I think you provide URL for uCoz checking.

When i have locked thread it doesn't show on top right corner that thread is locked
it only shoes locked icon in threads list

Good is right, it is displayed by default. You don't see it because you are the administrator. Check your website as a user (Admin Bar at the top -> Users -> View site as...).
