i would like to customize the content of notification email that is sent to the poster

for example regarding new comments

i have and Local ads site in which poster gets contacted by guest and other user...since there was no direct solution i decided to user comment...in which comments are treated like contact message... i would like to if it is possible to customize the content of comment notification

i would like to do following

i want to show the actual comment...entry name...person email in a way that the poster can reply directly from email

please help
