"Who's Online?" Counter for individual pages

I was wondering how to make an online counter similar to the

Code

$ONLINE_COUNTER$
$ONLINE_USERS_LIST$

template, but page specific so I can put it on the website's chat room page to inform users on who's actually viewing the chat room at the time.
