lspiderl, what exactly do you mean by an integrated chat? If you mean an external chat script, it is possible.

I mean integrated as in its part of the forum not an outside chat program

so people chatting are doing so from their forum account not a secondary account
some sites call it a shoutbox
like this one has

lspiderl, in uCoz it's called Tag Board. To install the module, go to Control Panel -> Inactive -> Tag Board -> Install the module.

tried that
follow the instructions perfectly

it gives me some spam garbage at the bottom of my page that cant be interacted with at all

lspiderl, if the Tag Board module is not working properly on your website, please provide the link to your website with the module installed on it, so that we could check it. And describe the issues you had in more detail.
