What is the best template to start form scratch on and develop independently?
Need a blank template
Any Recommended Template?

Change the url in background: url('/.s/t/1252/2.jpg') to the image of your choice, for example : background: url('/mybackgroundimage.jpg')

Make sure to enter correct URL or the image won't appear. In the case of background color, You cant change it above too.
