please, is there any means I can make the title banner (I mean the header), at my website http://www.naseem4kids.com/, clickable so the visitors can go back to homepage by clicking on it.

FATIMA-BOUZRIBA, i dont think you can do that because you are using a background image as a header , and background images are not clickable !
