I would like to get a domain name. I was trying to order one with Ucoz but it was saying I had insufficient funds. I clicked on paypal and it said something about $5.00. It said it was 13 and something a year. Also do I have to get a domain with Ucoz could I get it somewhere else?

With regards to your second question, you can buy domain from anywhere and attach the domain to your ucoz website.

QueenMaa, Joh is right, you can purchase a domain anywhere and connect it to your uCoz website absolutely free of charge.bAs for the payment ossue, it's better to forward a request about it to the support team.
