Setting max length on title field in file catalog

I wanted a bit bigger area for title because message does not show in appearence of entries so i used the text area tag for title as below

but the max length value seems set to 140 by default and i can not find anywhere to change it. Not in settings

Soldierdevil, unfortunately, but it's a system's limit and it can't be bypassed (at least not by any ordinary way) or increased.
