Hmmm... What exactly you want to change? Background colour? Or Body background colour? If it's hard to describe with words, make a screen shot and mark with "x" where and what exactly you want to change. (Do not post image viewable, provide only link to image)

Yes, that's body and I'm pretty sure there was a thread exactly for this template,
but unfortunately me being offline for a while, no system were held. I'll re-explain.

Location: Control Panel -> Customize Design -> CSS

Find:
div.text-block {background: #fdffed; border: 20px solid #fdffed; width: 660px; }

Explanation:
div.text-block {background: #fdffed; border: 20px solid #fdffed; width: 660px; }

Red - Colour code for body inside. (The middle part, around this body is another line)
Green - Colour code for body line which is around body.

# You must replace both/one colour code(s) which are/is marked above. (HTML Colour Codes)

If you want to change title's background as well:

Location: Control Panel -> Customize Design -> CSS

Find: h1.module-name

Find in h1.module-name line: background: #f1f3e2

Change: #f1f3e2

PennyDreadful, it doesn't look quite good, but that's how you do it.

Location: Control Panel -> Customize Design -> CSS.

Press F3 or CTRL+F, then paste: /.s/t/823/2.jpg

Replace the highlighted part with your own banner url.

What you mean? It allows you to save. Are you using FireFox?

Also is there a way i can fix that? Certain dimensions i need to save my banner as? Becuz i really want it to just appear as a top banner...centered.
