Hmm... well, something like this inside Site Pages and other source pages:

<head>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<title>$SITE_NAME$ - $MODULE_NAME$</title>
<?$META_DESCRIPTION$?>
<link type="text/css" rel="StyleSheet" href="/.s/src/css/878.css" />
</head>

I just checked your CSS, it's dead. (Yes, I can view anyone's code)

You have two CSS pages in one. The above CSS page is custom one, made by you.
The bottom one is default. Up for you to choose which to use, the top one wont work.

If you start from default again, it'll work properly.

You aren't using FireFox. I don't find Tag Board distorted with FireFox.

How do you change the background image. I do not want the picture of the monitor up at the top and am willing to photoshop a background. I just need the dimension sizes and location to where I place the link of the image. Specific details would be nice like .gif extensions or etc.

Logo: CP -> Customize Design -> CSS.

Press F3 or CTRL+F and paste: /.s/t/878/4.jpg
It will highlight. Replace the url with your own.
