uCoz and ClouDNS |
Hi there,
I would like to use uCoz for my domain but want to use ClouDNS as my DNS manager (instead of uCoz). Can someone please help me? The issue is in ClouDNS, I have given the IP Address of uCoz, and it's attached (method 3). No problem there. But when I want to park the domain, it gives me an error as below: The domain has an incorrect set of DNS servers: ns1.cloudns.net, ns2.cloudns.net, ns3.cloudns.net, ns4.cloudns.net Once you have bought a domain or have made any changes to its settings you need to wait 12 hours. The following list of DNS servers must be applied: ns1.ucoz.net, ns2.ucoz.net So, I went in ClouDNS, and added 2 more NS as ns1.ucoz.net, ns2.ucoz.net, but no luck! Thanks for any suggestions Post edited by idoit - Wednesday, 2013-03-13, 11:32 PM

idoit, you should use Method 3 to attach your domain, it looks like you are trying to attach it by Method 2, because only Method 2 has the parking option. And in method 3 your don't need to change any DNS, you attach the domain by specifying the server IP. If you still can't figure it out, provide the address of your uCoz website and the domain you want to attach.
Moved to Domain attachment. I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.
