Can I keep my domain name on my Apache server also?

I have my current domain names host IP pointing towards my IP because I'm currently running my website off my own Apache server. I was wondering, would I be able to keep my domain names host IP pointing towards mine and also use the DNS servers to link it to my uCoz website?
