Lol... I have use SSl cloudflare but last month I cant use SSL Cloudflare again.. he redirect to http again....

admin9535, you can use any SSL from any provider, we don't have any restrictions on this.
Currently, we provide a free SSL only for these subdomains: *.ucoz.ru, *.ucoz.com, *.ucoz.net, *.at.ua and *.3dn.ru and, separately, a paid service: https://domains.ucoz.com/digital-certificate. But, again, you can use any of the free services that already exist. Good things come to those who wait!
