alright i recently bought the php service package for 3 months. I used filezilla to get into the php server for my website and it said needs password. I went to set up a password, and i forgot the answer to my security question. Is there any way i could get a refund?

TheWebsiteTester, you can contact Tech. Support via your Control Panel -> "Help" tab to restore the answer to the secret question.

Sunny i already tried that on my other account. they ask me all these questions and to provide a form of identification.

TheWebsiteTester, yes, to restore the answer you should answer the questions, that's the standard procedure. Unfortunately we cannot help you here on the forum.
