In the free package:
1- What is the visitors limit? 2- The 400 mb increase by time, What is the maximum? 3- Can I add AdSense? 4- Is there down times here like the free hosting services? |

It will indefinitely continue going up. 3) Ehhe is correct, AdSense can be used on uCoz sites (you will need a custom URL however). 4) Every service, both paid and unpaid experience downtime, it is an unavoidable factor of all web hosting. We do everything possible to limit these occurrences.
