It will indefinitely continue going up. 3) Ehhe is correct, AdSense can be used on uCoz sites (you will need a custom URL however). 4) Every service, both paid and unpaid experience downtime, it is an unavoidable factor of all web hosting. We do everything possible to limit these occurrences.
