well i have changed that title design but i have a problem with the comment section (i guess only half of my changes are there, the text is white but the backdroud is not there) example here: http://all-stars.ro/news/2014-03-07-18

adytzu1_vl01, I see the background on comments just fine (I assume you mean the semi-transparent table background?).
And are you asking for advice on how the title styling should look? I'd say the green border should be removed or changed to a slightly darker grey than the box. And another tip for the site in overall, is that you should re-use the same green colours and not mix too much. As of now you are even mixing blue and green, just go with one of the two. PixelKhaos, well dont know how to explain, but i'l try, on my comment section i have:
 if you hold your mouse on 1 of that icons you will see a title, the problem is that title background, only the title collor changed but other things not it should look like the logo title (hold your mouse on logo and you see this custom title background)

so if i have the old one how do i change it
