Hi, I run a fashion boutique and launching an online version of the same. I want to engage with online vistors via chat/ video to improve conversion.
Since I am solopreneur with just 2 staff, I would love something very simple and can't use conventional click to call solutions. Which product/app would you recommend? thanks!

himangshuj, if you have a uCoz website and you want to engage live with your users, you can use a simple Chat (Tag Board). This can be installed (if it's not alread) from the Control Panel -> (Left Side Tab) Inactive -> Tag Board. Instructions on how to use it you can find here.
