Good, under what circumstances did you get the error? What were you doing exactly? What page do you have the problem on?

Good, so you just opened the forum, clicked "Recent posts" and the error was displayed? You wasn't browsing the forum?

No, I go to forum main page first, then I click on Recent Post, it shows this error.

However, I go to the forum main page, it also happen and this issue happened recently.

Good, it's really difficult to get error 403. If it repeats, try to pay attention, maybe there are some similar circumstances each time.

Good, if you still have the problem, please provide also the following info:

1. The exact time and date when you saw the error and its frequency (how often it appears).
2. After what actions the error disappears (e.g. after page refreshing)
3. Links to the exacts forum pages where you encountered the error.

The error could be caused by a proxy/firewall failure, so if you use them, check their settings or try to temporarily disable them.

The exact time and date: 07:21 Am 06-11-2014 (GMT+7)
After what actions the error disappears: First time visit - some time after a few minutes.
Links to the exacts forum pages where you encountered the error: forum.ucoz.com
