I have found out this website
www.unet.com It is a social network web. It was built the same as UID webtop but it has more features than that. I think it is in building process. Below is some screenshot. :))

Good, uNet was originally a separate team even when the service was developing it to integrate with the uCoz side - as such from what I understand it broke off and they continued development as a separate service all together. Then on our side we started work on uID, etc, etc. And we got to where we are today.
