I was wondering if I am capable of embedding the forum on my website, onto a page on another website, for example, a Weebly site? So that it allows my forum to be used both on my website, and that Weebly site, with no real differences.

A1MC_xDARK, Yes, Embedding another website into an existing website is possible. If you are talking about your uCoz forum being on the weebly website and the weebly website being on the uCoz forum as well. It's possible via HTML Frame tag code. Currently there is no tutorial for it, But refer the link on how to use Frame tag.
