un-suspend a user from your website

One of my websites is for a game my friends and I play with others online.
Its a members only website for our clan.
So if a member leaves our clan in the game they get removed from the site ect.
and this is all posted in our rules posted where all guests can view before they join.
So anyways one member left our clan that was on our site.
We then removed his user from our site.
But instead of fully removing his account we have a group called frozen in case they want to come back the account is there
for a mod to release back to the user should they return. They got put in the ip-block box.
the user came back. so I removed the ip from the block box. and replaced his group back to users/checked.
Now he is reporting to me that his account says suspended.
How would I un-suspend a user ?
Or does he have to re-register under new information ?

But I have restored his account somehow and he's just fine. cool

Just wanted to say if anyone joined my site posted above
Let me know the users name and email you registered under
Because your not a "in-game" clan member you might have been frozen.
I can release your account back if you can tell me the info requested here.
User Name. email used.

There have been some unknown registered users
that don't show in our game so just incase this happen
and they want to be apart of everything
let me know
