Guests can't see the pages

How can I change setting that everyone can see my site? 'Guests can't see the pages' appears all the time and needs Login. How can I avoid that?

Jac1823, you can set the permissions of the user groups in Control Panel -> Users -> User groups.

I gave permission to guest to see the page, but is still not working. maybe i did it not right.

Jac1823, you might also need to check the permissions for a specific page: Control Panel -> Page Editor -> Page management -> the page you need -> Edit information -> Groups that have access to this page.
