I'm a VIP users for more than a year now. I badly needed help right now for my website but uCoz ignores my messages in skype.

khen, Nobody is ignoring you, whether it's Skype, forum or ticket chat. I've told you before, that there's a difference between the time zones and it should be taken into a consideration.
Also, you don't make it easier for the support to resolve any of your issues by posting it everywhere, if you need help, simply send me a private message via a forum or directly on the email (as you also did today) and I will do my best to provide you with an update. As far as I'm aware the issue has been resolved already. |
