I have a problem with my website (http://www.affordablecebu.com/). It's been down for several hours. I'm a VIP user under a DEDICATED SERVER they offered.

And I'm wondering how can a DEDICATED server be down for several hours?

What is uCoz doing? Isn't it that a someone (a ucoz employee) is monitoring the server for 24 hours) and should mitigate if a server faces any issues?

No reply from the concerned uCoz employees yet. I send several messages to them but no reply yet.

I need enlightenment how uCoz manage their servers. uCoz, what are you trying to prove to me?
