Xayaan, Control Panel -> Video -> Module settings -> Enable video uploading to YouTube.

Moved to Video.

Xayaan, I was wrong, sorry. When you click "Authorization", a new page opens where you need to log in to your YouTube account and allow access for the application.

Xayaan, you have to set-up your YouTube channel on YouTube first, when you first register an account on YouTube, you don't have a channel. It usually prompts you to ask if you want to set it up..
