I've looked all over for a forum about it and wasnt really sure what to search for, im not sure if this is a duplicate and im very sorry if it is but im looking to figure out how to add a photo for the thumbnail when I post to social media.

Basically when I paste the link into my Facebook page, I get this picture on mobile and I get no picture in the thumbnail when im on the computer. Im just trying to figure out how to add or edit a new picture. I've spent may hours trying to figure it out. Note that Im new to this stuff again, I haven't built or have done HTML in over 10 years but im picking it back up. I could really use the help. Thank you.
