Is there anyway where members on your website can create a profile with profile questions that I create

snowball72912729, there is no default system feature for this purpose. The only alternative is for you to edit the display of the ICQ, Skype, Yahoo, etc, fields in the profile editing form and assign them custom names, then change the appropriate name fields on the profile page.
