My website www.primedateinc.com has had the PM feature activated but the send PM link does not appear in the user's profile window. Even before when i used to send PMs to a certain user, they could still have their inbox read 0 unread. What could be the problem. I have checked the templates and they are fine.

Datecity, Check user group permission, also restore Profile Designs [User's personal page, Private messages (PM)] to default to check if there is an issue with
