Lithuanians, can you please provide a site URL and where are you attempting to change the menu items? Site menu's should be changed through the Control Panel. I'll need further details before I can provide support on this issue. smile

Lithuanians, go to Control Panel -> Users -> User groups -> Administrators -> Other, and enable the option "Edit site design".
