I understand the situation and I have read other threads about this issue.
I really need a user's Facebook login account deleted.
This user i paranoid and is threatening legal action
Therefore I need the account deleted. I understand I cannot do it, I am sure you guys can.

Tell me how to proceed on this.

So sorry to hear that. You can ask him to go to guid.uid.me to delete his account first.
After he already did, you can delete it on your website.

LIBertea, yes, the user can delete the account himself/herself. And it is also possible to delete uID users from a website using the Mass user transfer/removal feature, but of course it won't delete the user's uID account completely.

Mass user transfer/removal feature will delete multi accounts at the same time but there is only one account needs to be deleted.

I have removed this user from uID system but still unable to delete from my site. Please help if there is anyway to delete because she insisted removing her account.

Good, the mass removal will work for only one user if you create a separate group for her account, move it to this group and then select the group as the condition for deletion. Another way to delete the account it to temporarily switch to local users.
