How can users only see their profile? And other users can not see other user profiles?

Login Admin Panel > User > User Group > User > User > View users' personal pages (profiles) > Unchecked > Save.

Or follow below link

http://yoursite.com/panel/?a=users;l=groups;t=2;id=1

Do the same for Guest Group.
