Basically I want one group of people to only be able to find a different user group on the user list but only that user group. So only one user group overall to appear on the user list. Such as if I was to search for a specific user group but I don't want any other groups to be found

CrisJako, technically what you want is possible to achieve but only via some coding. You can either create it yourself or try to search it somewhere.
