Can I add Invision free forum instead of the ucoz forum? Like - am I able to embed it?

Kyou, not really. I advise you to use uCoz's Forum module as it's pretty powerful. What options/functions do you need on your forum that Invision has and uCoz's forum doesn't. If you do tell us your objectives it will be quite easy for us to guide you through.
