Good afternoon everyone,
I would like to change words and codes present in more than 1000 pages of the website. Also, all the links that would be present on the website since I have changed the domain of the site. Is there any option to search and replace? The option that I have found only affects templates but not all the data on the website. Making more than 1000 editions manually is unfeasible. There is no built-in option to do that (for semantic reasons), BUT there are workarounds. You could create a backup of your site, download it, edit the content files manually (using a text/code editor), and then upload it back to the server. This process however requires extreme caution as the slightest wrong change can break things. You should have a copy of the original backup beforehand. another option would be to script and run a headless browser that automates logging into your site, opening every page, and making every single edit one-by-one. tools like Python + Headless Chrome or the now outdated PhantomJS can do the trick. You can deploy it to a web server or something if you don't want to have it running on your computer, but it would be harder to track the progress that way. This process requires you to have above average knowledge of coding though, and is probably slower than the first option.
