Tooltip code problems

In forum description when i use HTML and add an image and write the description here
alt="here goes description"/>
Only image appears and we cant see description.
What can i do and why this happens?

MysticDragon, alt="here goes description"/> makes the tooltip appear when the cursor is on the image, and not the description under the image. (if you meant that).
If the tooltip doesn't appear - provide the whole code you have used.

MysticDragon, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tooltip And alt="here goes description"/> makes that work.
If you don't want that, just do not use alt="here goes description"/> Post the description as a simple message under the image

MysticDragon, to do that you do not need to use tooltip at all.
Go to CP->Forum->Management of forums and sections->add forum->Forum description:->your image should look like this:
Code
<img src="linktoimage" style="vertical-align: top;" />
Post the description after it.
