So say this, If I put a file category, uploaded by ME, No one else, so there should be no virus's in them.
But then I put a file category uploaded by users(Random people), and I put "I am not reliable if you get infected by a User uploaded file" Would I be not reliable if they do get a infected file, not upload by me? I would prefer if you called me ErraticFox. ^_^

Poptart, from what I know of disclaimers yes what you have said is correct. I would advise though to write up a terms and conditions instead though as they are a little more in depth especially when defining exactly what "infected" means and what a user uploaded file is.
