I cant see pictures thumbials on forum and facing problem in posting lenght.
what do I do ??

HEADMASTER, you were asked to provide more info. If you want to change the max post length, you can do it via CP -> Forum -> Module settings -> Maximum message length.
As for the thumbnails, please explain the problem in more details.
