Can I change the threads default font color?

Okay, you know how you post a thread on here and the threads message color is black?
Well, on my template it is gray, I need to know how to change it.

I know it is in CSS somewhere, but I've looked everywhere and can not find it.
I need help changing the color of the font under your avatar on the left of the thread too.

I have a image to help better understand more thoroughly.
The stuff in the black boxes needs the font color change.

I just need some one to tell me what the code is called
i.e - "The font color for that can be located in the line .gTableTop" <- That's what I mean by point me in the right direction.
