Ok ummmm how do i sticky a thread? Also how do i change lock topic pictures and notification pictures?

Hi! I decided that making a thread would be too much, so I'll use this one if it is okay.
I installed a FAQ module and when I click either 'Add new entry' from the CP or I click the link from the Main Menu on the site, it just shows a black page/space!
Last night I did install for the first time the FAQ module and it showed me the entry fields and everything, but later I deleted it since I didn't need it at the time.
Any ideas?
