Some members reporting they can't get to their pm box.

Checked server status and no published issues with s102. No changes have been made @ panel. This adds to more mysterious malfunctions we have been experiencing @ the site these past 2 months.. Clyde, this error is usually displayed if a user's IP address is blocked by the server. As a protection against inexpedient script usage (namely post/.get requests), uCoz has the protection system that blocks the user's IP that refers to the server more than 2 times per minute.
Please make sure there are no scripts on your website that send automatic requests to the server more often than once per minute simply when a visitor is on the website or when he moves a mouse cursor. Only one, maximum two such requests, that work immediately after a page is loaded, are allowed. I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.

After more complaints from members, I logged in myself as a member and tried to make a thread.
I am getting the same 'access denied' when trying to create a thread. Bottom line Sunny, we were not having this particular issue ever until a few days ago. It is constant now with members trying to create threads. However, the administrators group is not having this issue. The other groups have the same permissions for adding threads. We have not added any new scripts or done anything new @ the panel. Attachments:
